AirPair Licensed / Unlicensed

AirPair was designed from the ground up to meet the critical needs demanded by carrier class customers over a variety of International licensed or unlicensed frequency allocations. Frequencies that the AirPair platform currently supports:

• Licensed: 11, 13, 15, 18, 23, 24 DEMS, 26 GHz   
• Unlicensed: 24 GHz UL

The AirPair deployed at 24GHz UL is the only "near interference free" frequency without any licensing costs. The 24GHz band is available only for point-to-point microwave and medical applications. This band is free of the device clutter other unlicensed bands have from cordless phones, garage openers, multi-point systems, wireless LANs and other consumer devices. The product was designed to overcome the uncertainty of service with the congested 2.4 GHz ISM and 5.8 GHz U-NII bands, while offering the benefits of license exempt rapid deployment. 

Regardless of frequency variant selected, the AirPair can be configured and installed to match any customer requirement providing a highly reliable platform enabling 99.999% service availability.
